What we look for

  • Excellent written English — you will draft client-facing messages
  • Has run a shared inbox where nothing was allowed to go unanswered
  • Comfortable with bid deadlines and the administration around them
  • Four hours of daily overlap with US Pacific

  2. 02A paid work sessionFour hours, paid at contractor rate, on a problem close to real work. You keep whatever you build.
  3. 03A deep-dive on your craftNinety minutes on something you have done before. We ask about the decisions and the parts that went wrong.
  4. 04A decision within a weekOffer or not, with written feedback either way. We have never taken longer and do not intend to start.

We pay for the work session at contractor rate. Asking for unpaid labour from someone who already has a job is not a fair trade.
